I personally have suffered from age 14 with acne. I am now 20 and i am almost 100% clear. It took time but now i feel better than ever.

I am not going to beat around the bush, i have rated a number of programmes that say they will clear your acne, the ones that work i have listed, as you see they are few, that is because many do not work but these are the ones that impressed me.

However, please listen to me. If you are struggling with bad acne, and have not seen a doctor, please do so. The best help you can get is from a doctor. If you have done that and it has not helped then try these sites.

These sites offer both e-books and also products, some can be expensive but i have only listed them as they worked well for me and i hope they can do the same for you.
